About Katrinna
Healing has been her language since childhood
At four years old, Katrinna placed her hands on her mother's back and began to massage instinctively. She could feel where the tension lived, where the energy was blocked, where the body was asking for help.
That gift has only deepened with decades of study: a Holistic Health Practitioner certification from ICOHS College, a foundation in psychology, and three rigorous yoga teacher trainings. Her approach draws from deep tissue, lomi lomi, tui na, orthopedic massage, sound healing, and energy work — choosing the right combination for each body in each session.
The name Hara comes from the Japanese concept of the body's center of gravity and energetic power. Healing is not imposed from the outside. It is already present within you.
